We had been recently receiving a higher number of messages which is common queries and also a lot of spam and junk with it. Also sometimes important emails get lost in between many emails. Hence we are now working on a communication channel to contact us in a better way.
We have added a contact tab right in our website which will get your messages to us and generates tickets. Each ticket will carry a Unique Query Number (UQN) ID which helps in uniquely identifying a message. Here’s the link to contact us.
Also, we have an escalation platform where you can enter your UQN ID in case you haven’t received a reply or satisfactory response, you can use this platform to escalate your query. This will bring your query or message to our notice immediately. This is the link to our escalation platform.
